The African World Heritage Fund is on the lookout for a suitably qualified individual to join our team as a HEAD OF PROGRAMMES.

As Head of Programmes, you are responsible for:

– Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of AWHF program activities
– Monitoring the implementation of the AWHF Strategic Plan
– Provide support and technical advice to African States in their efforts to conserve and manage World Heritage sites

Key Requirements:
– A Master’s degree in cultural/natural heritage management or related fields.
– Demonstrated ability to provide expert support and technical advice to African States in their efforts to conserve and manage World Heritage sites
– Strong project management skills, resource allocation project monitoring and reporting
